When Fripp Design and Research first got involved with the company, it was in a very difficult position. Revenues were declining, invoices were not being paid and contract renewals were not being accepted. Fripp were asked to come into the business and work out what wasn't working, identify the weaknesses, address the threats to the business and develop the significant opportunities that we identified.
Fripp's consultancy background was able to identify the threats and opportunities facing the business and, with hands on support from Fripp, Simply Mobile successfully, turned the company round.
Unlike the traditional advisory role of a consultancy, Fripp Design and Research got involved in the whole change management process, including negotiating fair contracts with existing customers and helping secure new long term customers too.
